Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems with focus on energy storage.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and implementation of energy storage systems, Li-ion batteries.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, BMS, and grid integration standards.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C++.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable battery energy storage systems, including sizing and integration strategies.
• Develop control algorithms and software for BESS operation, optimization, and grid interaction.
• Conduct performance simulations and testing to validate system design and parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable battery energy storage systems , including component selection, system sizing, and integration strategies.
• Develop control algorithms and software for BESS operation, optimization, and grid interaction.
• Conduct performance simulations and testing to validate system design and operational parameters.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BESS performance, safety, and grid connectivity.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on energy storage.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of energy storage systems , particularly Li-ion batteries.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), and grid integration standards.
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
