Job summary

Huntswood in Durban (Umhlanga) seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for SA sites including Durban and Cape Town. You will partner with senior stakeholders, build pipelines, and promote the Huntswood Employer Brand.

You will manage advisor roles, run competency interviews, and craft creative recruitment strategies across channels to meet hiring needs and pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• Matric/NQF4 or higher is required.
• HR-related tertiary qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years recruitment experience in high-volume settings.
• Experience handling international campaigns (UK/USA/AUS).
• Competency-based interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of service and sales advisor roles from sourcing to placement.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues.
• Implement creative strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Assess internal talent, assist with future moves, and support pre-boarding.
• Build strategic relationships with leadership and market intelligence.
• Promote Huntswood as an Employer of Choice with external partners.
• Maintain ATS data and produce timely reports.
• Attend ad hoc duties and projects as needed.
