Job summary

OryxAlign is seeking a Project Coordinator based in Cape Town to drive successful end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized projects within a defined mandate. You will coordinate schedules, permits, and client communications while supporting UK and European engagements from a PMO perspective.

The role requires strong organizational, planning and reporting skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and professional client interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, project support or project coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Run work orders end-to-end within the mandate (1–5 days) and close to client.
• Plan and schedule own work orders; book engineers and act as client contact.
• Coordinate RAMS submissions, site permits and inductions.
• Maintain project records, RAID, action/change logs and reporting.
• Provide KPI reporting and support ISO/client audits.
