OryxAlign in Cape Town is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end delivery of small engineering jobs within defined procedures and mandates. You will coordinate with clients, engineers and vendor teams, maintaining accurate records and reporting to support on-time delivery across UK and Europe.

The role requires practical project knowledge, strong communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities under general supervision.

Formación

• Experience in PMO or project coordination with defined processes.
• Coordinating several concurrent jobs or projects end to end, keeping schedules, records and reporting accurate as priorities change.
• Arranging approvals, bookings or access requests with third parties against fixed deadlines.
• Maintaining structured records, such as Project Plans, RAID, action and change logs, that others can rely on.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Run work orders end to end within the agreed mandate, typically 1–5 days of engineering work.
• Plan and schedule own work orders, book engineers, and act as client contact for these jobs.
• Confirm completion and acceptance with the client, close the job in ConnectWise, and hand over to Managed Services where applicable.
• Escalate additional scope or any job likely to exceed the mandate to the Project Manager Team Lead.
• Maintain forward view of planned engineering activity across a portfolio of projects.
