Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a hands-on Google Ads strategist to own end-to-end DTC and eCommerce campaigns. You will speak directly with clients, present plans, and defend your decisions with metrics.

This is a remote role with US Eastern hours coverage. You will audit accounts, optimize Feed/Shopping/PMax, manage budgets from $5k to six figures monthly, and coordinate landing pages, tracking, and creative.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Strong analytical and attribution reasoning.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Own the feed, Shopping, PMax, and landing pages; ensure proper tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto features regularly.
• Own tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
