PSG Konsult Ltd. is seeking a skilled Claims Administrator in East London, Eastern Cape for a permanent role. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end insurance claims, focusing on personal lines and supporting advisers with timely, accurate service.

Qualifications include Matric, RE 5 (advantageous), and an NQF4 Short-Term Insurance certificate (advantageous). Minimum 5 years in short-term claims and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric
• RE 5 Certificate (Advantageous)
• NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance Certificate (150 Credits) (Advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in short-term insurance, claims on personal lines
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end claims administration from registration to finalisation.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, assessors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with procedures.
• Provide timely updates to clients on claim progress and outcomes.
• Assist HUB team and advisers as required.
• Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and company policies.
