Cashbuild Limited in Southgate, Gauteng, is seeking an End Controller to ensure all stock movements and customer returns are documented and recorded before items leave the store. The role emphasizes accuracy and compliance with store procedures.

Requirements include Grade 12, 1 year (or 2 years) related experience, English and local language communication, literacy, strong numeracy, and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Minimum Grade 12 and 1 year related experience, or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language of the area.
• Must be literate.
• Must have strong numeric skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure no goods leave Cashbuild stores without the relevant documentation.
• Record completed correct and full entries with date, time, sequence and signature.
• Ensure all Customer returns are recorded in the End Controller book and are authorised.
• Coordinate with area staff for shift changes, lunch, and tea breaks.
• Sign the End Control keys IN/OUT daily.
• Ensure exit/entry doors are closed when not in use.
• Ensure shutter doors are closed when not in use.
• Report suspicious behaviour or vehicles to Management.
• Conduct random searches on Employees when they leave the Store.
• Offer fast, friendly, and efficient service to Customers at check-in/out and direct them to the right person.
• Adhere to Ready for Business and Beyond my Control as per the CB Way.
