Job summary

Cashbuild Limited in Dobsonville is seeking an End Controller (Internal Applications Only) to ensure all stock movements and customer returns are properly documented and recorded.

The role requires attention to detail, strong numeracy, and the ability to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends and public holidays. English and local language communication skills are essential.

You will manage End Controller records, control access, and uphold store security procedures on exit/entry points.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 and 1 year work related experience or 2 years work related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is available.
• Must be literate.
• Must have strong numeric skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure no goods leave Cashbuild stores without the relevant documentation.
• Ensure all customer returns are correctly recorded in the End Controller book and authorised.
• Sign the End Control keys IN / OUT daily.
• All exit / entry doors must be closed if not in use.
• Report all suspicious behaviour and vehicles which could pose a risk to Cashbuild and its Customers to Management.
• Conduct random searches on Employees when they leave the Store.
• Offer fast, friendly and efficient service to all Cashbuild Customers when checking in and out Customers goods.
• Adhere to Ready for Business and Beyond my Control as per the CB Way.
