Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is hiring for an End Controller (Internal Applications Only - Heidedal) to ensure all stock movements and customer returns are properly documented and recorded. You will verify dates, times and signatures, and assist with security and control duties across shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities include recording returns, managing access controls, and reporting any suspicious activity to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 with 1 year related experience or 2 years related experience.
• Strong numerical and literacy skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all stock movements and customer returns are documented with correct date, time and signature.
• Record customer returns in the End Controller book and obtain authorisation.
• Ensure exit/entry doors are closed when not in use.
• Sign End Control keys in and out daily.
• Report suspicious behaviour or vehicles to Management.
• Conduct random checks on employees during shifts.
