Cashbuild Limited is seeking an End Controller (Internal Applications Only) to ensure all stock and fixed asset movements are properly documented when goods leave store or are returned by customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every transaction is documented before goods leave the store.
• Record customer returns accurately in the End Controller book and obtain authorisation.
• Verify correct date, time, sequence and signature on all documents.
• Ensure security by keeping End Control keys recorded and doors closed when not in use.
• Conduct random checks on employees leaving the store and report suspicious activity.
