Cashbuild is seeking an End Controller at Sterkspruit, EC, South Africa. The role requires handling documentation for goods leaving the store and for customer returns, with strict recording of times, dates and authorisations.

You will support consistent store security and operate within shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will have at least Grade 12, 1–2 years of related experience, good numeracy, and strong attention to detail, with English and local

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 and 1 year work related experience or 2 years’ work related experience.
Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is available.
Must be literate; must have strong numeric skills.
Proven attention to detail; must be able to work under pressure.
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsabilités

Ensure no goods leave Cashbuild stores without the relevant documentation.
Record completed dates, time, sequence, and signatures on required documents.
Record all customer returns in the End Controller book and obtain authorisation.
Ensure back-up employee is available for shift changes, lunch, and tea breaks.
Sign End Control keys in/out daily; ensure doors are closed when not in use.
Ensure loading/off-loading shutters are closed when not in use; report suspicious activity.
Direct customers to the appropriate person for assistance.
