Job summary

Brights in Parow is seeking a meticulous loss-prevention-focused individual to ensure service standards are met and customer issues are resolved by accurately checking invoices against receipts.

You will reconcile invoices, transfer slips, and delivery notes to minimize losses, maintain error reports, and participate in perpetual stocktakes, while keeping your work area orderly and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Matric or 120 credits via Intercept courses.
• Grade C in security.
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Brights Induction (Service excellence).
• Internal Procedural knowledge.
• Ability to take on responsibility, be diligent and handle pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team.
• Good customer skills and product knowledge.

Job description

The purpose of this job is to ensure that service standards are met and that customer issues are resolved; this can be achieved through accurate checking of invoices. This will result in ensuring that an actual item purchased corresponds with the customers receipt, in order to avoid losses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile invoice/cash slip by counting & measuring, with goods.
• Reconcile transfer slips by counting & measuring with goods.
• Reconcile delivery notes by counting and measuring with goods..
• Upkeep of error report book
• Report discrepancies to Management.
• Participate in perpetual stocktakes

• Perform any work related tasks as delegated by Superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric or x3 Completed Intercept courses equating to total of 120 credits
• Grade C in security
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role
