Job summary

NHS Grampian is seeking an enthusiastic Employability Officer to support the design, coordination and delivery of our Parental Employability Framework. This role involves working across NHS Grampian and partner organisations to create supported employment pathways for parents at risk of poverty.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, engage stakeholders, and use Microsoft 365 tools to analyse outcomes and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, workforce development or a related field.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Experience in analysing programme information and presenting data.

Responsibilities

• Support design, coordination and delivery of the Parental Employability Framework.
• Develop accessible routes into paid placements, entry-level roles and longer-term work.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and monitor outcomes.
• Engage with Local Employability Partnerships and third sector partners.
