Job summary

UnitingSA in Murray Bridge is seeking a Parent Pathways Mentor to deliver personalised, family-focused support. You will collaborate with local services to provide education, training and employment pathways for parents facing complex challenges, helping them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or equivalent experience.

• DHS Working with Children Check.
• DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
