Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture or a related field with a strong interest in sustainable design.
• Up to 3 years of experience in an architectural setting, with a focus on sustainability.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with environmental analysis tools or willingness to learn them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research and application of sustainable design strategies and materials.
• Support the development of building performance simulations and analysis (e.g., energy modeling, daylight analysis).
• Prepare documentation and drawings that illustrate sustainable design features.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are met throughout the design process.
• Participate in client meetings to present sustainable design concepts.
• Stay updated on green building rating systems (e.g., Green Star, LEED) and relevant regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and documentation for project submissions.
• Help to conduct site analysis with a focus on environmental factors.
• Contribute to the firm's internal knowledge base on sustainable design practices.
