Job summary

IsoMetrix, a leading risk and compliance software company, seeks a dynamic Head of Professional Services, EMEA to lead our regional PS team and drive value delivery across enterprise implementations. You will engage with C-level stakeholders, build high-performing teams, and shape the AI-enabled delivery strategy to scale growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment over the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in Professional Services, Consulting, Enterprise Software, SaaS, or Technology Services.
• Proven track record leading geographically distributed teams and large-scale customer implementations.
• Strong financial and commercial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience driving organizational change, operational transformation, and business growth.
• Experience evaluating, adopting, or scaling AI-enabled delivery, analytics, or automation tools.
• Demonstrated experience establishing scalable delivery models, standardised implementation methodologies, and data-driven operating practices.
• Experience within SaaS, ESG, EHS, GRC, Risk Management, or enterprise software environments will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services team and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools across the delivery lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and strategic customers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer journey.
• Provide governance, reporting, and performance management for delivery excellence.
