Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an Electronics Test & Repair Manager to lead their operations in Boksburg, South Africa. This role entails managing a team of 20 technicians and ensuring the highest standards in electronics repairs and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing context. Responsibilities include overseeing Functional Circuit Testing, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with various departments to enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ leadership experience in electronics test and repair.
• Expert knowledge of FCT, FAT, and board-level diagnostics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20 technicians in repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality standards in Functional Circuit Testing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs in compliance with ISO standards.
