Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in electronics test and repair.
• Expert knowledge of FCT, FAT, and board-level diagnostics.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and Lean manufacturing methodologies.

• Oversee Functional Circuit Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
