Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in electronics test and repair.
• Expert knowledge of Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 technicians.
• Oversee Functional Circuit Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
