Qualifications

• Experience supervising a retail sales floor, preferably electronics.

• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.
• Reside in or commute to Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the sales floor team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, resolving escalated customer issues.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team, monitoring targets, and implementing sales strategies.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Manage inventory levels, oversee stock takes, and ensure accurate merchandising.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
