About the Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and diligent Electrician to join their installation and maintenance team serving Soweto and the surrounding Gauteng areas. This role is fundamental to ensuring the safe and reliable installation and upkeep of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will be responsible for interpreting electrical diagrams, performing installations, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical faults. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson with a strong commitment to safety, precision, and delivering high-quality electrical services to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in various environments.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work.
• Perform diagnostic tests on electrical systems and equipment to identify faults and determine necessary repairs.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Certified Electrician with proven experience in installation and maintenance.

• Ability to read and understand complex electrical diagrams and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites in and around Soweto .
