Heineken is seeking a Daily PM Technician to perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems across plant machinery, utilities, and facility infrastructure.

You will inspect, test, and troubleshoot LV/MV gear, motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels, ensuring safe, reliable operation and adherence to safety protocols. Documentation and continuous improvement support are expected.

Qualificações

• Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in using electrical test instruments and performing measurements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
• Inspect LV/MV switchgear, MCCs, motors, VFDs, PLC panels, transformers, and cabling.
• Conduct electrical testing (voltage, current, insulation resistance, earth continuity, phase balance).
• Identify faults, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate to engineering for major faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO, permits, and PPE usage.
• Document maintenance activities and update equipment history; support continuous improvement.
