Placements24 is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in Port Elizabeth. You will oversee preventive and corrective activities, manage technicians, and ensure safety and efficiency in energy infrastructure operations.

The ideal candidate has a trade qualification as an Electrician with at least 5 years in industrial maintenance, including 2 years in supervision, and strong PLC/HV knowledge. A hands‑on leader with focus on safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as an Electrician or equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of high‑voltage systems, control circuits, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to upholding strict safety standards in a demanding industrial environment.
