• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and variable speed drives.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition monitoring of electrical assets to identify potential issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory for electrical maintenance needs, ensuring availability of critical components.
• Oversee the safe installation and modification of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance on electrical maintenance tasks.
