A leading tissue manufacturing company in Kempton Park is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to lead their electrical and instrumentation team. The role involves optimizing maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with local standards. Ideal candidates should have a B Eng/BSc Eng degree and over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The position may require additional hours to support production and technical departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as Control and Instrumentation Engineer in manufacturing.
• Experience with MCC and specification LV and MV reticulation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain DCS database and Siemens PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and instrumentation team and manage maintenance operations.
• Conduct fault finding to improve plant efficiency.
• Programme, design, and modify PLC, DCS systems.
