Job summary

Lucy Electric seeks a Service Technician to perform site-based and factory-supported service activities, including commissioning, maintenance, repairs, fault-finding, and warranty work on Lucy Electric products and systems. You will ensure tasks meet approved procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements, while representing the company professionally on site.

The role requires regular travel to customer locations and close collaboration with the Service Lead, Engineering, and Sales

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications and valid driving licence required.
• 5–10 years' experience in electrical commissioning or field support.
• Experience with medium-voltage systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning, maintenance, repair, and fault-finding on Lucy Electric products and systems.
• Conduct site testing, inspection, and verification per procedures and specifications.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions within authorised scope.
• Elevate complex issues to the Service Lead or Engineering team.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with service deliverables.
• Represent Lucy Electric professionally on customer sites and communicate work performed.
