Job summary

The Lucy Electric Service Technician will execute site-based and factory-supported service activities, including commissioning, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on Lucy Electric products and systems. The role requires regular travel to customer sites and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will document service records, provide technical feedback, and act as Lucy Electric’s representative on site, ensuring customer satisfaction and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification or diploma in electrical engineering.
• Experience with commissioning, service, or field support roles.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning, maintenance, repair and fault-finding on Lucy Electric products.
• Perform site testing and verification per procedures and specs.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions within scope.
• Document service records and report defects to engineering.
