Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive electrical engineering experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• Proven track record managing large-scale electrical projects from initiation to closure.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects of electrical projects, from initial design and planning to execution and commissioning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient project delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met and approvals are obtained.
