Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Electronics or Renewable Energy.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years focused on renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects remotely.
• Expertise in power electronics, grid interconnection standards, and energy storage systems.
• Strong understanding of software for system modeling and simulation (HOMER, PVsyst).
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
