Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' post-qualification experience in power generation control or protection.
• BSc/BTech in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) required.
• Experience with generator or MV protection relays and MV switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical tenders and proposals.
• Design and draft electrical systems and schematics.
• Manage electrical and power generation projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee electrical installations and perform testing and commissioning.
• Provide specialist support for generator control and protection systems.
• Travel to project sites in SA and across Africa.
