Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems focus.
• 5+ years in power systems, grid integration of renewables.
• Experience with PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD and grid codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for integrating renewables into the national grid.
• Conduct load flow, short circuit, and transient stability studies.
• Design equipment and control systems for grid connections and substations.
• Collaborate with grid operators and utilities to ensure code compliance.
• Troubleshoot grid stability and power quality issues.
• Contribute to smart grid and DER management development.
