Hire Resolve's client, a renowned engineering firm, seeks an Electrical Drafting Candidate to deliver high-quality electrical drawings and schematics. You will work with engineers to ensure designs meet project specs and industry standards, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with exposure to BOMs and design reviews. Based in South Africa, the role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and ongoing skill development in electrical drafting

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical drafting software.
Solid understanding of electrical design principles and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in electrical drafting preferred.

Responsabilités

Create detailed electrical drawings based on project requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure accurate and effective designs.
Follow industry standards and regulations in all drafting work.
Review and revise drawings as necessary.
Communicate and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
Attend coordination meetings (online) to discuss progress and coordinate design efforts.
Liaise with project teams to gather information and provide updates on drafting progress.
Generate BOMs and other documentation to support procurement and construction.
Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss progress and solutions.
Stay current with advancements in Revit and AutoCAD to enhance capabilities.
