Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with exposure to BOMs and design reviews. Based in South Africa, the role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and ongoing skill development in electrical drafting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical drafting software.
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in electrical drafting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed electrical drawings based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure accurate and effective designs.
• Follow industry standards and regulations in all drafting work.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Attend coordination meetings (online) to discuss progress and coordinate design efforts.
• Liaise with project teams to gather information and provide updates on drafting progress.

• Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss progress and solutions.

• Create detailed electrical drawings based on project requirements
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and effective designs
• Follow industry standards and regulations in all drafting work
• Review and revise drawings as necessary
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders
