Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Electrical Design Drafter to create detailed electrical drawings, schematics and layouts for industrial plant projects in Mahikeng, North West. You will use CAD software to generate high-quality documentation that supports construction and maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and has 2–3 years of drafting experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD with exposure to Revit or EPLAN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Electrical Design Drafter.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit and EPLAN.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and electrical principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
• Assist electrical engineers in developing design concepts and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
