Requirements

• Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Proficiency in using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is advantageous.

• Solving barrel heater temperature faults
• Attending to oil leaks
• Stripping injection screws and assessing screw tips, check rings, etc
