You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing faults, and implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime. This position offers a hybrid work model, blending essential on-site technical duties with opportunities for remote administrative tasks and reporting. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems common in industrial settings. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high production standards and operational safety within our facility. You will be an integral part of a dedicated maintenance team committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all industrial machinery according to established checklists and timelines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production equipment promptly and effectively.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all machinery operates in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in the company's CMMS.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, as needed.
• Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline is highly desirable.
