Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and lockout/tagout regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all industrial machinery and equipment according to schedules.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production machinery.
• Install, calibrate, and test new equipment as required.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair needs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the maintenance log.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and work areas.
• Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify root causes of recurring problems.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize impact on production schedules during maintenance.
