• Bachelor's degree required in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in an EHS Officer role, preferably in industrial/energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of South African EHS legislation and ISO 14001/45001.
• First Aid certification required; advanced safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs across the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses with detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees at all levels.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management, and permits compliance.
