PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an EHS Specialist to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace in alignment with GEHSMS standards. You will identify and control workplace risks, support ISO 45001/ISO 14001 compliance, and help maintain safety records and permits.

The role covers safety management, compliance, training, environmental stewardship, and emergency preparedness. A Diploma or Degree in EHS or related field is required, with certifications being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in EHS or related field is required.
• Professional certifications in Safety Management are advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental procedures and programs.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
• Track and close corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement and awareness campaigns.
