Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Educational Program Coordinator in Centurion to organize and oversee community education initiatives. The role involves collaborating with educators, partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful programs for learners of all ages.

You will manage logistics, monitor outcomes, and support a team of staff and volunteers to ensure successful program delivery within the Centurion community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Public Administration, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs and managing events, preferably in education.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of educational programs and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
• Develop and manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability for all program-related activities.
• Liaise with external partners, schools, and community organizations to foster collaboration and secure resources for program initiatives.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and prepare reports on program outcomes, impact, and areas for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
