Placements24 is seeking an experienced Educational Program Manager to oversee and develop key educational initiatives in Mahikeng. You will manage the lifecycle of programs from concept to evaluation, collaborating with educators, administrators, and community partners to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of educational policies, curriculum development, and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting for program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage educational programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient operation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
