Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years' IT support experience with focus on educational technology integration.
Proficiency in LMS platforms, network administration, and system integration.

Responsibilities

Integrate and manage educational software, hardware, and digital learning platforms.
Provide training and technical support to educators and students on edtech tools.
Troubleshoot edtech IT issues and ensure system functionality.
Evaluate and recommend new educational technologies to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with IT to ensure network infrastructure supports edtech requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and edtech deployments.
