Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of similar experience.
• Matric plus related tertiary education in digital/eCommerce.
• Understanding of web design and web analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO and eCommerce copywriting.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, display, affiliate).
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, engaging and SEO-optimised product copy across a range of categories.

• Verify product information completeness through cross-departmental work.
• Analyse search terms and customer feedback to enhance discoverability.

• Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on messaging consistency.
• Contribute to site improvements via user behaviour and performance analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Champion SEO best practices across web content.
