Job summary

Clydesdale Personnel Management Midrand is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to work alongside the E-Commerce Operations Manager. This is a hands-on, operations-focused warehouse and fulfilment role (order dispatch, picking and packing, stock control and quality control) rather than a customer-support role.

You'll help keep the online stores day-to-day operation running accurately and on time, and you'll be expected to understand the wider e-commerce operation the Manager runs, even

Qualifications

• Quality checks to meet defined standards.
• Plans and organises own workload against daily fulfilment deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment & dispatch.
• Expedite paid orders through fulfilment systems and dispatch parcels with couriers.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and support picking/packing team.
• Identify and resolve operational problems (stock, SKUs, address/dispatch).
• Receive stock deliveries, check against POs, assist inventory capture and report discrepancies.
• Quality-control stock for dispatch and receipt; back up for reverse logistics.
