Fidelity Services Group seeks a Regional Manager for the East Rand Region (Benoni) to ensure security services meet client needs and drive a profitable operation. Reporting to the General Manager, the role demands strategic leadership across branches, risk assessment, and proactive client liaison.

The candidate should have Matric, PSIRA Grade A, 10+ years in senior management and 5+ years in management, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and strong staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate is essential.
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation required.
• At least 10 years' experience in a Senior Management position.
• At least 5 years' experience in management.
• Working knowledge of the Firearm Act with training and competency.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
• Managing allocated branches to ensure contractual requirements are met as stipulated by clients.
• Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Clients.
• Constantly evaluating the service levels and providing risk-related recommendations to clients.
• General management and supervision of security staff to ensure required performance is met at all times.
• Dealing with administration matters including logistical and financial management.
• Liaising daily with management on operational issues and with General Management on financial matters.
• Ensuring HR queries are dealt with promptly and managing disciplinary processes.
• Submitting weekly/monthly incident reports to Management and investigating incidents.
