Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade A registration is essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Security Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ senior security management experience.
• Experience in risk identification, CCTV monitoring, investigations and report writing.
• Knowledge of the Second-Hand Goods Act and relevant legislation.
• Experience managing security teams and contracted providers.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional security operations, asset protection and risk management across Gauteng and Mpumalanga.
• Coordinate investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee security service providers and internal security teams.
