About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and qualified Early Years Teacher to join their vibrant school community in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal . This hybrid role involves delivering engaging classroom instruction while also contributing to the development of digital learning resources. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a stimulating and nurturing environment for young learners, guiding them through the Foundation Phase curriculum. We are looking for an educator with a passion for early childhood education, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds. Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience teaching in the Foundation Phase.
• Experience in developing and using digital learning tools and platforms is essential.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum framework and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for hybrid learning scenarios.
• Creative and innovative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
• Passion for child development and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal .
