Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their Benoni team. You will create a nurturing, stimulating environment for children aged 0-5, support development across all learning domains, and collaborate with colleagues to implement engaging activities and safety protocols.

You will plan play-based educational experiences, observe progress, and communicate with parents and the educational team to promote a holistic approach to the child’s growth in a Gauteng setting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., NQF Level 4).
• Experience with children aged 0-5 years.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality educational experiences and play-based activities.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support holistic development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.
