Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with young children and families in a developmental or educational setting.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering early childhood development programs.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with children, parents, and community members.
• Proficiency in relevant assessment tools and record-keeping systems.
• Experience working in the Western Cape region, particularly in George, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for improving the lives of young children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging early childhood development programs and activities.
• Conduct assessments of children's developmental needs and provide appropriate interventions and support.
