Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience in ecommerce.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive sales.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Solid understanding of ecommerce principles and online sales funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong copywriting.
• Experience with paid social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager).
• Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for ecommerce products.
• Develop and manage paid social campaigns with focus on CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
